Dax loves all the flowers! I've been spending days with him, nights on mixing, and trying to get some much needed yard work done in-between...it's good to be a baby.
I have a couple of show announcments...for the first time in A LONG TIME. I'll be playing bass with 21 Down on 4/12 out at Hanovers in Pflugerville, and i'll be playing guitar with Ill Spent Youth on 6/13 at La Zona Rosa, supporting Rancid in their return to Austin. Fun Stuff. Come See.
Simulacrum. We started tracking this amazing concept record (the bands first BTW) in July 2007. Distant Lights is a band that knew very well that the finest records are fueled by Makers Mark, and i am not exagerating when i say we consumed several cases during the tracking sessions and almost as much trying to mix the 100's of tracks we recorded in the months following.
